Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle for projects and teams.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR insights and guidance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably handling full project lifecycle responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead HR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
