Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle for projects and teams.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR insights and guidance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR, preferably handling full project lifecycle responsibilities.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead HR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
